EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT AFAS LIVE

To ensure that your visit goes as smoothly as possible, below is more information about our accessibility.

I have a wheelchair escort ticket
Depending on the event, a special area will be set up in the venue for visitors in a wheelchair and their companions. Just like regular tickets, tickets for the wheelchair section can be purchased through the official ticket vendor. One companion ticket may be purchased for each wheelchair ticket. Depending on the ticket sales organisation, these tickets can usually be ordered online by selecting the category ‘wheelchair / companion seats’. In some cases you will have to contact the ticket organisation. If you have a wheelchair companion ticket, you can go to the right-most glass door of our regular front entrance (just before doors open for the event). This is the door located closest to our ticket windows.
AFAS Live does not have its own wheelchairs.

Wheelchair-bound after purchasing tickets
If you have become wheelchair-bound after purchasing your tickets, please contact the party from whom you purchased the tickets. It may still be possible to exchange them for seats in the wheelchair section. The ground floor is all one level and thus very accessible for visitors in wheelchairs. Because the lift cannot be used in the event of an emergency, we recommend using the facilities on the ground floor. There are additional accessible toilets on every floor, equipped with an emergency button.

Service dogs and guide dogs
The Royal Dutch Guide Dog Foundation (KNGF) does not advocate bringing service dogs to festivals, pop concerts and other crowded, noisy places. The crowds and noise can prevent the dog from doing its job properly and performing its guiding role. KNGF recommends bringing a personal companion to festivals and concerts. If you would nevertheless like to attend an event with your service or guide dog, please fill out the form below.

Deaf or hard of hearing
If you are deaf or hard of hearing and would like to attend an event, we would be happy to assist you. Get in touch with us using the contact form below if you would like to attend an event. Make sure to specify which event it concerns.

Parking
If you would like to be dropped off by a disabled transport service or if your vehicle’s height is more than 2.25 metres, please visit the Meet & Ride page on the website. This page contains additional information about nearby parking garages and their accessibility.
