With pride, rapper and singer Typhoon announces his return to AFAS Live. On Saturday, May 30, 2026, the concert will serve as the grand finale of his extensive club tour taking place across the Netherlands this autumn. Featuring a completely new live show, the evening promises a moment where everything comes together: Typhoon’s energetic live reputation, beloved classics, new musical highlights, and special guest artists.

For Typhoon, the night at AFAS Live is especially meaningful. After a period in which he considered taking a sabbatical and questioned whether to continue, this major show marks a personal turning point. As he also reflects in his upcoming book Love Is in Charge (Liefde is de baas), this moment represents renewed strength—a celebration of being back. Expect a classic, large-scale Typhoon show with fresh energy, full of fire, love, and vitality. New energy, same lobi.

“AFAS Live symbolizes dreaming big for me. This show will be a celebration of life, music, and togetherness. I can’t wait to share this with everyone,” Typhoon says.

Typhoon can currently be seen weekly on Dutch television in Beste Zangers. In October and November, he will embark on a sold-out club tour across the Netherlands. At the end of September, his book Love Is in Charge (Liefde is de baas) will be released, in which Typhoon shares his personal journey through highs and lows, music, and life lessons. To these milestones, the artist from Zwolle now adds a brand-new AFAS Live show. Fans can expect a new production featuring all of his musical highlights, from his debut Tussen Licht En Lucht to the critically acclaimed Lichthuis, as well as brand-new music.
