Tyla

Today, two-time GRAMMY Award-winning singer and songwriter Tyla announced THE APOP WORLD TOUR in support of her highly anticipated second studio album, APOP, which was released on July 24. Presented by Live Nation, the 34-date global tour kicks off in Paris on October 12 before heading to cities across Europe and the UK, including Amsterdam, London, Brussels, and Stockholm.

Tyla's highly anticipated second studio album, APOP*, is out now. The 14-track album features the singles "CHANEL," "IS IT," "SHE DID IT AGAIN," and "IS IT LOVE." Most recently, Tyla partnered with Vevo for an official live performance of "IS IT LOVE," further expanding the album's promotional campaign.

To celebrate the release, Tyla performed on the Citi SummerStage of The Today Show in New York, where she debuted songs from the new album live. Shortly afterward, she also headlined the halftime show at the 2026 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game in Chicago, making history as the first international artist to headline the event's halftime show.

About Tyla

At a time when niche culture has become more influential than a single, unified pop culture, two-time GRAMMY Award winner Tyla has emerged as a global superstar. With APOP*, she delivers an album that refuses to be confined by genre or expectation. Bold, honest, and energetic, the record reflects the rich musical heritage of South Africa while highlighting Tyla's versatility as an African artist and cementing her status as an international pop star.

Tyla rose to global prominence with her breakout hit "WATER," which earned her her first GRAMMY Award in 2024. Her debut albums TYLA and TYLA+ produced multiple international hits and established her as the highest-charting African female solo artist in Billboard 200 history.

With APOP*, she continues to build on that success. The single "CHANEL" quickly became an international hit, reaching No. 1 on the U.S. Afrobeats chart. "SHE DID IT AGAIN," featuring Zara Larsson, also attracted worldwide attention. With "IS IT LOVE?," the album's third single, Tyla scored her fourth No. 1 on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats chart.
