Racoon
GOES – After a completely sold-out tour in 2025, Racoon will return to major venues across the Netherlands in the fall of 2026. The band will perform in Groningen, Den Bosch, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam, before wrapping up the tour with a special hometown concert at the Zeelandhallen in Goes. Fans can look forward to an evening filled with both familiarity and freshness — from their beloved English and Dutch hits to brand-new music.
This week, Racoon kicks off their theatre tour, which takes the Zeeland-based band through small venues across the Netherlands this fall — a run that sold out rapidly earlier this year. The contrast between intimate theatres and large arenas greatly appeals to the group.
“This fall, we’re playing small, intimate theatre shows. Next year, we’re taking things up a notch — five big shows all across the Netherlands. And to top it all off, we’ll be closing with a concert in the Zeelandhallen in our hometown of Goes — it doesn’t get any better than that!” says frontman Bart van der Weide. “Something to really look forward to. We can’t wait!”
Racoon is known for major hits such as “Oceaan,” “Het Is Al Laat Toch,” “Love You More,” “Tijd Verliezen,” “No Mercy,” “Liverpool Rain,” and “Nickel For Goodbye.” In 2024, the Zeeland band released their ninth studio album, It Is What It Is. Racoon has won the Popprijs, received three Edison Awards, and has long been a staple at major festivals. The band has previously performed to sold-out crowds at both Ziggo Dome and Rotterdam Ahoy.
