Calendar overview Calendar

During the Christmas holidays, Koor 47 will take the stage together with presenter Raïsha Zeegelaar and dance coach Olivier, performing the latest songs from the album Spot aan!. During the show, everyone will get the chance to sing, dance and step into the spotlight. Olivier will get everyone up on their feet, while vocal coach Michiel will lead a singing workshop so the entire audience can sing along at the top of their lungs. And… there might even be a surprise guest this year!

Who will sing along the loudest with Kinderen voor Kinderen? Which songs will be featured in this year’s big Koningsspelen medley? And who dares to step into the spotlight? ‘Kinderen voor Kinderen – De Grote Show’ will take place six times at AFAS Live on Monday, December 28, Tuesday, December 29 and Wednesday, December 30.

New album ‘Spot aan!’

The latest songs featured in De Grote Show can be found on the album Spot aan!, which will be released on Friday, October 9. The album includes previously released songs such as Ola ole olee, Geen kind alleen and Als een vis in het water, as well as new songs including Na-aper and Het hele jaar kerst. NXT songs Laat je maar horen, We are NXT and Ik voel het are also featured on the album.

The title track, Spot aan!, was co-written by children’s author Jacques Vriens, who turned 80 this year and has been working as an author for fifty years. The song encourages children to show what they can do, whether that is on stage or behind the scenes. Former choir member Luuk van der Boom co-wrote Het hele jaar kerst. He previously sang Niets is cooler dan Kerstmis with Kinderen voor Kinderen. Singer Sven Versteeg also contributed to the new Christmas song.
