Good Charlotte

American band Good Charlotte will perform at AFAS Live in Amsterdam on Monday, November 16. Ticket sales for the concert start Friday, May 29 at 10:00 AM via mojo.nl/goodcharlotte.

Following a run of sold-out arena shows across Australia and New Zealand, multi-platinum rock giants Good Charlotte have announced their Motel Du Cap EU + UK Tour! Their highly anticipated world tour will arrive in Europe and the United Kingdom this November. The tour kicks off in Stockholm on Sunday, November 8 and continues through Germany, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Paris, before wrapping up in the UK with shows at The O2 in London and Co-op Live in Manchester. Yellowcard will join as special guests.

Today, alongside The Great Frog, Good Charlotte are also unveiling a new collaboration between the British cult jewellery house and Painted Flowers, the Los Angeles and Tokyo-based creative collective founded by the Madden Brothers in collaboration with Tadaaki Wakamatsu. The capsule collection — featuring a handcrafted silver ring and a long-sleeve T-shirt — launches today. Released as the band enters a new chapter, the limited-edition collection brings together three distinct creative worlds, connecting music, design, and visual identity through a shared language of craftsmanship, symbolism, and subcultural influence.

This weekend, Good Charlotte will headline the main stage at Slam Dunk Festival. Slam Dunk is the UK’s biggest independent pop punk, rock, and alternative festival, and in 2026 the festival celebrates its 20th anniversary, with expectations for its biggest edition yet. It is therefore especially fitting that Good Charlotte — a band that helped shape the early 2000s pop punk scene — will take on the coveted headline slot. These performances also mark the four-piece band’s first live UK shows since 2019, making Slam Dunk one of the year’s most highly anticipated events and an absolute must-see.

So far, 2026 has proven to be a major year for Good Charlotte. In addition to the announcements above, the band recently completed a massive sold-out tour across Australia and New Zealand, officially launching the Motel Du Cap World Tour.

Released last August, Motel Du Cap is Good Charlotte’s eighth studio album and their first in seven years. The album was written by Benji and Joel Madden alongside Mattias Bylund, and produced by Zakk Cervini and Jordan Fish. With Motel Du Cap, the band returns to its roots while simultaneously pushing their sound into new territory. The album blends sharp riffs, introspective lyrics, and a unique defiant energy.

Their energetic comeback began with the album’s lead single “Rejects,” which they performed live on Jimmy Kimmel, followed by “Stepper.” On the album’s release day, Good Charlotte debuted “I Don’t Work Here Anymore” live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The band also appeared on the Good Morning America Summer Concert Series, followed by a performance at LIV Golf Chicago.

Shortly before the album’s release, Benji and Joel hosted a special fan event at the Blue Crabs baseball stadium in Waldorf, Maryland. The band wanted to kick off release week in their hometown, where Good Charlotte first began. The Madden brothers met fans, took photos, and gave attendees the first chance to hear Motel Du Cap ahead of its official release. Good Charlotte later performed at the One805LIVE! concert benefiting first responders in Santa Barbara County. Later that year, the band delivered the halftime show during a Baltimore Ravens game. Soon after, Benji and Joel performed an intimate live set featuring songs from Motel Du Cap at the GRAMMY Museum, followed by a Q&A session.

About Good Charlotte
Good Charlotte are back, bringing with them their rawest and most authentic energy yet. The rock superstars — formed by twin brothers Joel Madden (vocals) and Benji Madden (guitar, vocals), alongside Paul Thomas (bass) and Billy Martin (guitar, keyboards) — have spent nearly three decades creating anthems for outsiders, dreamers, and broken souls. From their humble beginnings in Waldorf, Maryland, to more than 11 million albums sold worldwide with hits such as “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” and “The Anthem,” Good Charlotte have always worn their hearts on their sleeves.

Now boasting more than 2.3 billion streams, seven RIAA-certified releases, six Top 10 singles on alternative radio, and four Top 20 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, Good Charlotte remain a powerful and dynamic force in music, with a legacy built on evolution, authenticity, and lasting influence. Their latest album, Motel Du Cap, is more than just an album — it is proof of a band that has never stopped growing and never lost faith in the power of a great song.
