BINI
The announcement follows a major milestone at Coachella last week, where BINI performed as the first act from the Philippines. Their debut drew significant international attention, generating over 1 million mentions within hours and becoming the number one worldwide trend on X. Clips of their performance amassed tens of millions of views across platforms within days, including the most-viewed Coachella 2026 performance by a female act on Instagram, while global search interest peaked on Google Trends with a score of 100.
“This means a lot to the girls,” said Laurenti “Lauren” Dyogi, head of Star Magic and Entertainment Group, BINI’s management, following the performance. He added: “It actually means a lot to the entire nation.” – The Hollywood Reporter
With a global fanbase known as “Blooms,” BINI continues to build a strong connection with audiences worldwide. In a broader shift within pop culture—where diverse voices and cross-cultural influences are playing an increasingly important role—“Signals” positions BINI within a new wave of international pop, strengthening their role as boundary-pushing artists.
The Signals World Tour follows the success of the group’s first world tour, the “BINIverse Tour,” which kicked off with a sold-out concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan. This made BINI the first Filipino act to sell out a solo concert at the venue, an indoor arena with a capacity of 50,000 seats.
With over 100 million followers on social media, BINI has grown into a globally recognized act from the Philippines. Their Coachella performance marks another step in their international rise, alongside artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G. As BINI continues to push boundaries in pop music, their second world tour and recent EP signal the start of a new phase for both the group and their global fanbase.
The announcement follows a period of growth for BINI, with tracks such as “Cherry On Top” and “Blink Twice” from BINIverse, and “Shagidi,” “Bikini,” and “Sweet Tooth” from FLAMES, contributing to their global reach and over two billion combined audio and video streams across platforms. Recent releases, including the BINIverse EP (February 2025), marked an important step in their development within the emerging Asian pop scene, earning recognition such as Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 2025, Spotify’s Breakout Artists of 2024, and GRAMMY.com’s “14 Pinoy Pop Acts You Should Know.” The group has also expanded internationally through collaborations like “Blink Twice (Dos Veces Remix)” with Spanish-Mexican artist Belinda, as well as nominations at the 2025 BreakTudo Awards in Brazil and a win for “Female Group of the Year” at the 2025 Jupiter Music Awards.
In addition to these milestones, BINI became the first Filipino pop group to perform at KCON Los Angeles, a major festival celebrating Korean culture and music. They have also received recognition such as MTV EMA’s Best Asia Act and continue to live up to their title as the Philippines’ “Nation’s Girl Group.” In this new musical phase, the group stands at the forefront of the global rise of Filipino pop music, bringing it to bigger stages and wider audiences.
