20 YEARS OF 3JS
2007 was the year we achieved our nationwide breakthrough with our debut album Watermensen. Since then, we have released another 11 albums – and there’s no end in sight. Next year will mark the 20th anniversary of our debut.
We’ll kick off the celebrations in spring with an extensive theatre tour visiting 40 cities across the Netherlands. Then, in October, we’ll wrap up this anniversary year with a spectacular, one-of-a-kind show at AFAS Live in Amsterdam, featuring an extra-large band and special guest performances, including Jan Smit and other artist friends who have played an important role in our journey.
We would love to celebrate the 20 YEARS OF 3JS with our biggest fans, who have kept coming back to see us throughout the past 20 years. After all, we could never have made it this far without you.

Never give up on your cup
Cups and bottles are recycled. Therefore, always return your empty cup or bottle to the bar when you get a new drink. The collected cups and bottles can be reused to create new cups and bottles. This system helps prevent unnecessary waste of resources and saves CO2 emissions.
Accessibility
AFAS Live has an accessible entrance, and the ground floor is completely level. Each floor is equipped with an accessible restroom that has an emergency button. For more information about facilities and parking options for individuals with disabilities, please check our FAQ.
Cashless Payment
At AFAS Live, you can only pay with your debit card or credit card. This is available at all bars and food stands in our venue. The advantage? You don’t need to withdraw cash in advance. You can make cashless payments using Maestro, VISA, or Mastercard.
