The Harry Styles concerts will take place on:
- May 16, 2026
- May 17, 2026
- May 20, 2026
- May 22, 2026
- May 23, 2026
- May 26, 2026
- May 29, 2026

- June 4, 2026
- June 5, 2026
Large numbers of visitors are expected in and around the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome and AFAS Live on these days. As a result, roads, parking garages, train stations and public transport may be significantly busier than usual. We therefore advise visitors to plan their journey in advance and leave well ahead of time.
Travelling by public transport
AFAS Live is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest stations are Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA and Duivendrecht, both within walking distance of AFAS Live.
Travelling by metro? Exit at metro station Strandvliet or Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA. If travelling by bus, you can get off at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA bus station.
Public transport operators advise travellers to use a debit card or bank card for check-in and check-out. This is the fastest option and helps improve the flow at the gates. Please note that other cards, such as a City Pass or credit card, may not always work or could take longer to process.
Please note: adjusted train schedule on May 20, 22 and 23
During the Harry Styles concerts on May 20, 22 and 23, 2026, railway works will take place around Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station. As a result, there will be no train services from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA to Schiphol Airport, Hoofddorp and Leiden Centraal. The Sprinter service to Breukelen will also not operate.
Travellers heading to Schiphol, Hoofddorp or Leiden Centraal are advised to walk to Duivendrecht station, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the ArenA area. Trains can be boarded there.
Train services to Amsterdam Centraal and Utrecht Centraal will continue to operate from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station.
By car and parking
Travelling to AFAS Live by car? Please be aware that the ArenA area will be especially busy on the Harry Styles concert dates. Leave early and allow extra travel time due to traffic congestion and delays.
We recommend entering the area via the S112/Gooiseweg. From there, you will be directed to an appropriate parking location. Always follow the electronic road signs and the instructions of traffic controllers.
You can also make use of Amsterdam’s P+R network, such as:
- Amsterdam RAI
- Olympisch Stadion
- P+R Noord
Parking in the ArenA area
Several parking providers operate in the ArenA area. On busy days, it is advisable to reserve a parking space in advance. Parking tickets are available via:
- Ticketmaster
- Joe Park
- Parkeren ArenAPoort
- Online Ticket
Parking availability in the ArenA area is limited, so do not wait too long to reserve your parking ticket.
Route advice
The Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome and AFAS Live are located in the heart of Amsterdam Southeast and ArenAPoort, close to the A1, A2, A9 and A10 motorways. Due to the crowds surrounding the Harry Styles concerts, it may take longer to enter and leave the area.
Travelling from the south? Preferably avoid exit 1 on the A2 motorway and follow the signs towards ArenAPoort instead. Please expect heavy traffic, particularly before and after the events.

Coming by bike?
If you are travelling from Amsterdam or the surrounding area, cycling is often a good option. There are several bicycle parking facilities near AFAS Live and the Johan Cruijff ArenA, including:
- near Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station
- at the forecourt of Woonmall Villa ArenA
- on the Passage near Pathé Arena, underneath the fly-over
The bicycle parking facility at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station is self-service and open from 15 minutes before the first train until 15 minutes after the last train.
Kiss & Ride
Being dropped off or picked up? Please note that the area around AFAS Live and the Johan Cruijff ArenA can be extremely busy. The designated Kiss & Ride location is at P2.
A stopping ban applies throughout the ArenA area. It is therefore not permitted to stop along the roadside to drop off or pick up passengers. This rule is actively enforced. Always follow the designated routes and instructions on site.
Advice for organisers and group visits
Are you visiting AFAS Live with a group or organising transport for visitors? Please take into account increased crowds, longer travel times and limited space for drop-off, pick-up and parking.
We advise organisers to clearly inform visitors in advance about:
- the Harry Styles concert dates and expected crowds
- the best travel options to AFAS Live
- possible delays in public transport
- railway works on May 20, 22 and 23
- the Kiss & Ride location at P2
- the stopping ban in the ArenA area
- the advice to leave well ahead of time
- the recommendation to reserve parking in advance
For organised bus transport, it is important to check in advance which parking or drop-off location will be available. On June 5, 2026, P-Bus will not be available according to the mobility plan due to another event, and alternative locations are currently being considered.
Plan your journey in advance
Due to the combination of multiple events, road congestion, railway works and large visitor numbers, your journey may take longer than usual. Please plan both your outbound and return journey in advance, leave well ahead of time and expect crowds after your visit to AFAS Live.
