Davidson rose to fame as a cast member on NBC’s legendary Saturday Night Live (SNL), where he was a staple from 2014 to 2022. His original sketches and music videos—especially in the iconic Weekend Update segment—drew millions of viewers. In 2023, he returned to SNL as the host of the 49th season premiere, earning rave reviews.
His first stand-up special premiered in 2016 on Comedy Central, after which he was named to Forbes’ prestigious 30 Under 30 list. In 2020, Netflix released Pete Davidson: Alive From New York. Two years later, Time Magazine included him in its list of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. His latest Netflix special, Pete Davidson: Turbo Fonzarelli, premiered on January 9, 2024.
Davidson has also made his mark on the big screen. In 2020, he wrote, produced, and starred in the critically acclaimed film The King of Staten Island. His other film credits include Dumb Money, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, and Trainwreck.
With an impressive list of successful projects under his belt, Pete Davidson remains one of the most influential and versatile entertainers of his generation.
