These terms and conditions apply to all promotional games of chance ("competition") organized by Live Nation Venues (Netherlands) B.V. ("AFAS Live"). You can find these terms and conditions via https://www.afaslive.nl/voorwaarden.

1. Information

• For each competition, the following will be stated:
  • The name of the product, service, or organization being promoted;
  • The period during which you can participate;
  • How you can participate;
  • Any communication costs, up to €0.45 per participation;
  • The number of prizes you can win, a description thereof, and the value;
  • The number of draws;
  • The date of the draw and awarding of prizes;
  • Any additional conditions.
• If there are specific rules for a competition that deviate from these general terms and conditions, those specific rules take precedence.

2. Participants

• Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from their parent(s) or legal representative(s).
• Employees of AFAS Live and third parties engaged by AFAS Live are not allowed to participate.
• The personal data you provide to AFAS Live will be processed according to the privacy statement of AFAS Live. AFAS Live may publish your personal data on the website and social media channels of AFAS Live.

3. Result

• Prize winners will be determined by a random draw (using an impartial computer program or otherwise).
• Prize winners will be notified personally.
• Not all participants will be individually informed of the result.
• There will be no correspondence about the result.
• If a prize winner does not respond within a reasonable period, AFAS Live may appoint a new winner. The former winner can no longer claim the prize.

4. Prize

• A prize is personal and is in the name of the winner and is not transferable.
• A prize is not exchangeable.
• If the prize is refused, the prize will be forfeited.
• A prize is awarded in the condition it is in. AFAS Live is not responsible for defects in the prize or damage upon delivery.
• If a prize is access to an event, the ticket conditions of AFAS Live and the house rules of the location apply. There is no compensation in case of cancellation of the event.
• AFAS Live will take care of the declaration and withholding of any gambling tax, unless otherwise stated in the specific game conditions.

5. Exclusion and Liability

• AFAS Live may refuse entries that appear fraudulent or unlawful.
• AFAS Live does not have to award a prize if there is suspicion of the use of improper means.
• AFAS Live may terminate a competition prematurely and will announce this via the medium in which the competition took place.
• AFAS Live is not liable for damage caused by participation in a competition, technical malfunctions, defects, or delays in participation or determination of the winner.

6. General Terms and Conditions

• The general game conditions are drawn up according to the Code of Conduct for promotional games of chance.
• AFAS Live will not change these conditions to the detriment of the participants during the duration of a competition.
• Dutch law applies to these conditions and any agreement between AFAS Live and the participant. Disputes will be settled by the court in Amsterdam, unless the participant has indicated within one month after AFAS Live has invoked this provision in writing that they choose to settle the dispute before the competent court according to the law.
