In late May 2018, AFAS Software held two client days under the banner of AFAS Open. These enabled clients to become familiar with the latest version of the AFAS software, Profit 7.

Because of the enormous growth in AFAS Open visitor numbers, the Da Vinci Theatre in Leusden was too small to fit everyone in. To cater to more guests, AFAS Software held AFAS Open ERP and AFAS Open HRM & Payroll at AFAS Live.

The big advantage of this spacious location was that it removed the need to cap the number of participants per organisation for AFAS Open ERP and AFAS Open HRM & Payroll.
